Terms of Service

By using the Fitnexia application, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the Fitnexia mobile application ("app") and all services it provides. The application is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

2. User Requirements

To use the application:

• You must be at least 13 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

3. Subscription Plans

Fitnexia offers three plans:

• Free Plan: Core features are open — workout and nutrition tracking, the exercise library, step and water tracking. On the AI side there is an introductory allowance only: a few chat messages and a few meal photo analyses. AI workout and nutrition plan generation is not included in this plan.
• Basic Plan: Adds a monthly AI workout plan, a daily AI chat allowance and a monthly meal photo analysis allowance.
• Premium Plan: Opens every AI feature at the highest allowance, including AI workout plans, AI nutrition plans, meal swapping and meal photo analysis.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Subscription fees are charged to your store account upon purchase confirmation. Cancellations can be made through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings, or via the subscription management section within the app.

Fees for the current subscription period are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal period only.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and report unauthorized use immediately
• Use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Refrain from sharing misleading, harmful, or unlawful content
• Not attempt to compromise the app's infrastructure or security

6. Health Disclaimer

Fitnexia is designed to provide information on fitness and nutrition. App content and AI Coach recommendations do not constitute medical advice and may not be used for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition.

Consulting a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program is strongly recommended. Fitnexia cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of health information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Fitnexia application, its content, design, logo, and software are the property of Fitnexia and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any part of the application without explicit permission is prohibited.

8. Modification and Termination

Fitnexia reserves the right to modify, update, or partially or fully discontinue the service. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance. Accounts may be suspended or terminated in the event of a violation of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fitnexia does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application. No liability is accepted for technical failures, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use. Use of the application is entirely at the user's own risk.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
